An administrative tower, located on King Fahd Road, consisting of aesthetically coordinated blocks that make it a distinctive architectural icon, characterized by a view of the most important landmarks of Riyadh, consisting of more than 30 floors, with the availability of all services, as well as providing smart systems for energy efficiency management in the building.
